NEVER enter your seed words or private key into the browser while connected to the internet.
Dogecoin Paper Wallets
If you have ever printed one of these you have both the private and public keys.
The most safe way to move those funds to an exchange or self custodial wallet, is to install Doge Core and import the private key. Its a bit time consuming and complicated, but by far the safest way.

Dogecoin Password Recovery
Depending on your wallet used, there are different approaches to the password recovery.
Langerhans wallets use a key.bin file where you private key is stored in an encrypted format. If you know the password, then you can use openssl to decrypt it and then import to Bitcoin Core. There are many good guides how to do this so without repeating ourselves, here are some useful links
Guide #1 https://github.com/langerhans/dogecoin-wallet-new/issues/65
Guide #2 https://miningsoft.org/en/wallets/dogecoin-core/
Never enter the Private key on a website or give away the seed to some random person on X, Telegram or Reddit. Most likely they will steal the funds and scam you.
If you have the wallet.dat from Doge Core, but lost the password, you can try using Hashcat or BTC Recover. There are many guides for this and its required to install some libraries like Python etc.
